이리듐이나 HXSTOMP 또는 UAD 멀티 이펙터 아웃풋 또는 IR 기능이 있는 이펙터에 1:1 비율로 XLR아웃을 연결할 수 있게 만들어 주는 장비 입니다. 
젠센 트랜스포머가 들어가 있어서 사운드 레인지가 더 넓어지고 더 풍성해 집니다. 


무슨 역활을 하는가?


1/4인치 (밸런스드, 언밸런스드)를 XLR 밸런스 아웃풋으로 변환해줍니다.
실수로 공급되는 팬텀파워 데미지로부터 보호해줍니다.
격리된 트랜스포머는 험노이즈를 없애기 위해 그라운드 리프팅 기능을 합니다.
1/4인치 아웃풋으로 파워드 모니터에 연결가능 합니다.
패치베이 역활로, 리허설 또는 스테이지 환경에서 리패치가 불필요합니다.
온전한 톤과 높은 볼륨을 유지해줍니다.
모노 - 매우 인색한 엔지니어가 믹서에서 1개 채널만 할당해줄 때 사용하시면 됩니다.

*DSP 기반의 기타 장비 사용시...

만일 사용자가 스트라이몬 이리듐, 라인식스 HX Stomp, HX Effects, TwoNotes 톨피도 라이브, 헤드러쉬 긱보드 등의 FX DSP 기반 시뮬레이션, 로드박스를 사용한다면, 절대 다이렉트 박스를 사용하면 안되며,(임피던스 매칭 용도) "라인 아이솔레이터"를 사용해야만 합니다.

위 시뮬레이터들은 1/4인치 커넥터를 사용하는 아웃풋을 사용하며, 절대로, 그라운드루프 노이즈를 그라운드 리프트로 해결할 방안이 없습니다.

라인 아이솔레이터는 다이렉트박스처럼 시그널 레벨을 낮추지도 않을뿐 아니라, 라인 레벨을 그대로 유지하면서도 기타시그널을 PA로 연결시 발생할수 있는 노이즈를 제거합니다.
더불어, 트랜스포머 격리는 콘솔로부터 오는 팬텀파워가 절대 FX페달에 닿는것을 방지하여, 손상이나 사운드 악화로부터 보호합니다

For Percussion Pads…

Most percussion pads (Roland SPD-S, SPD-SX, Alesis Samplepad, Yamaha DTX, etc.) have line outs on 1/4 inch connectors but no XLR.  These don’t need the impedance matching of a DI that will also drop the level.  Some units have notoriously weak outputs.  A line isolator is the perfect device to use to keep the level high and clean but still allow for ground lift on a professional stage with dirty power or bad grounds.

The MISO is a 1-channel line isolator box made to integrate with other guitar pedals.  It can deliver pure, clean sounds in the studio and it has also passed the toughest test of touring life as well.

The ¼ inch input, ¼ inch output/thru and XLR output jacks are mounted on a powder coated, cast aluminum enclosure.  A ground lift switch is mounted between the output connectors so that it is out of the way and won’t get bumped accidentally.  The 1/4 inch output allows you to quickly connect a regular guitar amp or powered speaker for monitoring on stage or checking patches before a gig without disconnecting or re-patching anything from your board.
